Quartz is pre-launch as of 2026. It is built and operated by Quartz Digital Ltd, a UK company incorporated on 2025-02-14. Quartz Digital Ltd is registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Account Information Service Provider (AISP), which authorises it to aggregate financial account data via UK Open Banking and equivalent secure APIs.
